招聘英文牧师/Hiring English Pastor
Job Title: Full Time Youth Pastor
Calgary Rainbow Christian Church is a Mandarin-speaking church affiliated with the Baptist General Confference in Alberta. We are seeking a youth pastor with a heart for evangelism and a passion for nurturing the next generation to join our church’s ministry team. The ideal candidate will embody the following qualifications:
- A pure evangelical faith and a strong burden for reaching the next generation with the gospel.
- Training and experience in both education and ministry; experience in English-speaking ministry is essential, while Mandarin-speaking ability or experience in Chinese evangelism will be considered an asset.
- A life that sets an example to believers in word, conduct, love, faith, and purity.
- A Bachelor of Bible study or a Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) or higher.
- A supportive spouse who shares the vision of ministry.
- Ability to independently develop and edit ministry materials in English, with strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with young people.
- A humble and cooperative spirit, willing to submit to the leadership of the senior pastor and the board of deacons, and able to work in unity with fellow co-workers in ministry.
