Job Title: Full Time Youth Pastor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calgary Rainbow Christian Church is a Mandarin-speaking church affiliated with the Baptist General Confference in Alberta. We are seeking a youth pastor with a heart for evangelism and a passion for nurturing the next generation to join our church\u2019s ministry team. The ideal candidate will embody the following qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A pure evangelical faith and a strong burden for reaching the next generation with the gospel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Training and experience in both education and ministry; experience in English-speaking ministry is essential, while Mandarin-speaking ability or experience in Chinese evangelism will be considered an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A life that sets an example to believers in word, conduct, love, faith, and purity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. A Bachelor of Bible study or a Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A supportive spouse who shares the vision of ministry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Ability to independently develop and edit ministry materials in English, with strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with young people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. A humble and cooperative spirit, willing to submit to the leadership of the senior pastor and the board of deacons, and able to work in unity with fellow co-workers in ministry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
